Terrible service - will never purchase from here again

Same incident as comment below. I placed an order at the end of June for delivery for end of July. To date I have not received my order. I have requested a refund and I keep getting told it will be done however it has not been done. I have to keep following up however I get no response or a response after a few days yet nothing has been done to resolve the issue.
