The Beard Guy - unprofessional, lack of service delivery

Submitted an order with The Beard Guy a few days ago. On overnight delivery. The website indicated that the unit is in stock and is eligible for overnight delivery, which i paid an additional R145 for. Since placing my order, I have not received an update. I opted for overnight delivery due to leaving for another province in a few days, now I am starting to wonder if the package will ever arrive as The Beard Guy does not respond to WhatsApp or email!
