I had a horrible experience with these clowns which I thought I should share.

I took my car in for diagnosis as I was leaving for Malawi, they then sent me a ridiculous quote which I rejected. They then said they will reduce it to cover some stuff, when I saw the quote when I got to Malawi they told me they already bought parts without any consent from me and without receiving any deposit from me. Their quote requires that you pay 65% of the amount before they can start. They held my car ransom for 2 weeks asking me to pay ridiculous amount. The owner is never at the office and runs away with clients car keys. He is the real clown… I will be taking further legal action and lodging complaints against them.

Their prices are worse than BMW itself and they order parts from Dunlop, online Chinese stores.

Don’t take your car there please .
