I recently had a dreadful experience with The Beamer Boyz, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment with others. I initially approached them for a minor service on my car, but what unfolded was an absolute nightmare.

Firstly, they took an entire day to complete the service, which was already an inconvenience. To make matters worse, without my consent, they decided to conduct an unnecessary diagnostic test, all in an attempt to upsell additional repairs. This blatant attempt to exploit their customers for profit is both ********* and unacceptable.

To add insult to injury, they then demanded that I pay an exorbitant fee of R650 for the diagnostic service. When I questioned this charge and expressed my dissatisfaction, they threatened to withhold my car until I paid the amount in full. Furthermore, they had the audacity to inform me that I would be charged an additional R250 per day for storage if I refused to comply. This manipulative and coercive behavior left a bitter taste in my mouth.

When I attempted to voice my concerns to the manager, I was met with outright disrespect. Instead of addressing the issue at hand, the manager simply walked out on me and callously stated that he would have my car locked in their workshop. This level of unprofessionalism is utterly shocking and indicative of the complete disregard The Beamer Boyz has for their customers.

Adding to the frustration, the receptionist displayed a similar lack of empathy. Despite our attempts to communicate, she refused to engage in any meaningful discussion and instead continued to send invoices for payment. This dismissive behavior only served to further highlight their lack of customer care.

Sadly, it appears that this is not an isolated incident. There have been numerous reports suggesting that The Beamer Boyz employs these predatory tactics on a regular basis, preying on unsuspecting customers to squeeze out additional money. It is deeply disappointing to see a company operate in such a dishonest and exploitative manner.

I implore anyone reading this review to steer clear of The Beamer Boyz for any car services. Save yourself the headache and potential financial burden of being their next victim. They have shown a complete lack of integrity and respect for their customers, making them a company to avoid at all costs.
