Extremely poor workmanship and rude management

We took our vehicles to Beamer Boyz last year. Terrible service, lots of lies and the manager was rude and actually quite ******. He did not wish to engage us and took a R13k deposit on my vehicle and wanted to with hold this deposit from us when we went back to recover the vehicle after they spent 3 weeks on the car without doing anything on it. We had another of our vehicles there prior to that for a service. I just found out now that they cross threaded my sump plug and then patched it up with silicon and now its costing me R17k for a new sump. Please never take your vehicle there. They are ********s.
