Disgusted at the Service, pathetic

The worst place I have been too in here right now, nye bought tickets on howler, they don't want to serve my wife and I, ordered sparkling wine on the menu R420 they doubled the price saying menu is old, barman told us no ****tails tonight then server others ****tails, when we asked just ignored us , ordered Jameson, them they say I ordered slip drift which I didn't charged on a bill didn't even get that slip drift, ridiculous, I have never been this disrespected before, charging me Moet price for a simonsig brut but not even bringing it just ignoring me disgusting service, this is so insulting, asking for the manager he ignores and serves people quickly we have been here so long, also I'm dead sober on nye trying to buy a drink maybe they are serving all the drunk people cos they can ****** them
