Theft from the hotel reception

Parked the vehicle in the yard of the hotel in full view of the security office, locked the steering wheel and all doors including boot also check if they are locked and went for lunch at boardwalk before check in as we arrived an hour before check in time no they stated that their check in is only at 14:00 hence we went for lunch by foot as boardwalk is part of the hotel/joint. After an hour when we return to the vehicle all our personal belonging Including laguage were ******. We asked for help called the security and management, security said was in the toilet at the time of the incident and management said they have cameras and will investigate. since all of our stuff was ****** in their premises they never cared to ask how they can help or offer us water. if it was not for their lack of their customer care and safety for their patrons such theft would not have occurred. During their investigation they said they can see our car from their cctv footage as they do not have cameras I the parking bay that was in full view of the security boom. The beach hotel is a high security risk as they do not even have security access Control people comes and go as they pleas without any care from the security that was supposed to look after the safety of the hotel. I would not recommend anyone to this hotel for their safety and their belongings because if the management doesn't care what if they get injured withing the hotel premises or kidnapped sing that the strut is forever in the toilet when crime is being committed in the premises, are people gonna be protected by the toilet?
