The Bay Feed & Seed - Unprofessional, unreliable and pathetic services

Such pathetic, unprofessional and ********* service received from Bay feed and seed, and even more gobsmacked with Lindy’s level of unprofessionalism and her threats and demands… Ordered 900 bales Teff that only arrived nearly 10 days after the initial order was placed. Lots of LIES and EMPTY PROMISES from Lindy (Representative of Bay feed and seed) and Leigh (Somehow a representative of the transport that was used) as to when the bales would arrive. After an IMMENSE struggle, we found that the bales were only loaded 7 days after placing the order, when we were told by both Lindy and Leigh that the feed was already on its way (all lies!!)

Adding to this terrible experience, when the bales eventually arrived, yet another letdown, Lindy supp**** us with what is considered Eragrostis instead of Teff which was certainly not what we ordered nor paid for. Yet, Lindy INSISTED on us still paying the Teff rates even though it was not what she supp**** us with. Upon requesting to pay the rate for the feed we received, Lindy got utterly RUDE, and started making demands and threats that she was certainly not entitled to.

In conclusion, if you have expectations of receiving good quality client service, and you are looking for proper feed and quality bales, reconsider making use of Lindy and Bay feed and seed’ services!!!
