Traumatic experience

When looking at the other reviews one sees a very obvious trend: belligerent night manager, harassment of clients, and **************. This is exactly what we experienced. A critical miscommunication between the reception staff and who we assume was the night manager (he was also unsure who he was - unidentifiable, saying he is the manager one moment and owner the next).<br> <br> This miscommunication lead this irrational, aggressive and probably drunk man to confront us at 19.30 (just after the rugby had finished) . He evicted us and out of fear for our safety we comp****.<br> <br> It was a **********ly traumatic experience. I have never seen such unprofessional conduct. <br> <br> The manager eventually paid us back for the night that we could not spend their. In an email he also apologized on behalf of this \night manager/receptionist/owner""; still maintains that we were the ones that were in the wrong (even when pointing out their obvious misconception). This shows me that he knows that they were wrong.<br> <br> Advise for anybody planning to go there this holiday - give a wide berth; terrible people; terrible service;risk of being alienated!"""
