Cancelling accomodation 1 day before departure

email from Trever Human 1 day before long weekend<br> Trying to get hold of you urgently, 4 of our chalets were badly damaged by a fire today, one of our guests started a braai and never extinguished it once they were done braaing, a wind picked up and blew coals onto the thatch roofs all adjacent to it. Luckily nobody was hurt but all the roofs were destroyed. Unfortunately your accommodation will not be available for this weekend anymore, please give me a call so I can arrange a refund as soon as possible. I am very sorry about this, I am trying to get hold of all my guests to avoid total disappointment this weekend.Regards Trever . I manage to get alternative accommodation and went to Bateleur bushcamp just to find absolutely NO FIRES OR DAMAGE. I spoke to Burnette and his mother who does the bookings for this place they just said they cannot take responsibility for his actions, and was NO HELP. He blatantly ****. I phoned him and he was very surprised to find out I was actually there and said he would meet me to pay me my deposit back. had excuses all the time. No deposit received back so far. No apology from any of them PATHETIC SERVICE BAD ATTITUDE. DISHONEST WATCH OUT
