The worst bar service provider ever!!!

Last year November we hired and paid for their bar service. Keegan (the owner) Whatsapp'ed me on the day of our event to tell me that he had been hijacked. Being the good person I am, I didn't want to ruin his reputation within our company, after confirming with Keegan that he will pay the bar service replacing him, I organised another bar service provider. This service provider did an amazing job, considering that it was a last minute thing. When I asked Keegan to pay them he gave me stories saying that he won't be able to pay them now, he will pay as and when he can. I had to pay these guys with my own money. Keegan has not paid me till today, not even willing to organise monthly payments until he finishes his debt with me!
