***ism should have no place in business!!!

Last week Saturday we booked a table to watch the Rugby. On the phone my husband said to the host that we need to be seated close to a TV. She said all is fine. My husband arrived first and discovered that we were seated at the fire place and refused to move us, even though there was plenty open tables. he then called for the manager. I then arrived, I am legally blind,had 3 cornea transplants waiting for my fourth. I then calmly say to the host, my husband is not trying to be difficult, it’s because I can’t see! She tells me I should have explained this on the phone, dah, that’s why we asked for a table close to the tv. I then go find the manager. He was EXCEPTIONALLY rude, said he wouldn’t speak to me and would only speak to me husband. While talking he walks off!!! I have never been so disrespected ever!! This used to be our hang out….NOT anymore. My kids were mortified that this man spoke to their mother in this manner. We left and went to the Dros for the first time….it was wonderful!!!
