Baron Kyalami with zero empathy for patrons

Today at 8:15pm I went to the toilet as I was at baron Kyalami, I was locked in the toilet for 45 minutes: from 8:15pm till 8:55 or so , banging & kicking the door to hitting the toilet container and screaming. A lady came and head me and called the manager, he uttered AGAIN and opened but had no empathy at all. Meaning this was not the first time it happened. The restaurant receptionist was trying to comfort me in the toilet after the awful experience. At that time I had trouble breathing as I had spent 50 minutes plus in confined small space. The manager was ignoring me there after as I was in tears & in shock, after calming down. I asked success the car man to call the manager for me and I told him how unhappy I was with how he handled the whole ordeal . He said, he removed the lock and will replace it tomorrow but what about the trauma that I endured today. I was so scared and was afraid that I was gonna be locked in till the following day. He showed zero remorse!!! I took a picture of him but the app doesn’t allow picture uploads, we are not safe at these establishments!
