Arrogance and mistreament

its a very long story that started two years ago, but i will keep it as brief as possible. 2 years ago: having drinks with friends at the bar, next thing Marius the manager comes and says, you have to leave, one of our regulars wants to beat you up. i responded, sorry we just got here. four security personnel come to us and force us to leave, he said it has to be around the restaurant as this person will go mad. i tell marius ipay for my food and drinks here, which he replies, yes but this customer spends plent here. 3 weeks ago: asked barmen for one last drink, he says no we closed. i reply its only 01h45 and legislation says 02h00. Marius signals me over and asks what the problem is. i say well id like one last drink, he says we closed, Well if you ask me nicely ill get you one (Arrogant Tone) i reply, well leave it as i dont need to ask nicely when im paying for it. he then pursues me and says, what is your F-ing problem. i tell him that he is my problem, i dont deserve to be spoken to like a dog when i am indeed paying for my drink. some words were exchanged as now both of us are highly irrated. so i get told to leave which i do. my tracker can prove that this was the case. i come back a week later and im told i am banned from the restaurant, having a 30th birthday party there, i am not allowed to join. i get a call from gareth the general manager; telling me lies from Marius, that two years ago i was escorted out as i pulled out a firearm and waved it around. as mentioned i do not own or never have i owned a firearm and would like to see camera footage of this, as this is a serious allegation. gareth then tells me today, that i left that night two weeks ago and returned at 03h00 with two friends to come assult Marius the manager. My tracker once again says my vehicle was at my residence at the time he states this happened. i dont deserve this kind of treatment and will take this further.
