Poor customer care-The Barnyard Suncoast

I was not given any refund when the Kurt Darren show was cancelled at the start of lockdown in March. I had to ask for it and was eventually granted a credit note but i was not happy about this as I don't attend shows very often and wanted the money transferred into my bank account. I have been asking for a refund of the credit note amount for past 6 months. On the 9 December I received an email from the manager of the Barnyard Suncoast asking me for my bank details so that she could arrange for the refund but 3 weeks later I am still waiting . I don't know why it is so difficult to give a refund. I will never use the credit note.
