Not as good experience as I hoped it would be..

Good day, I wrote to the Barnyard about my experience there on the 22nd of December. I did not think it was right for the person who my complaint was about to respond to my complaint. I ask Louis Fourie to please forward the complaint to his manager and copy me in because he refused to take responsibility for what went wrong and his bad attitude.
