Worst accommodation I have ever had in 5 years of ongoing work travel

I travel a lot as part of my governmental job. After 5 years of ongoing travel, this was the worst place I've ever stayed at. It was not a hotel or B&B, it is a room located above a nightclub (a shebeen really). The noise never ended and the service was almost menacing. The car park was a mission to get into and was littered with human excrement and contraceptives. My company paid for breakfast and supper, but I was not afforded these. I was right on top of the nightclub so I got no sleep. There was also a rather suspicious hole in the roof of the bathroom.
