Bad service with no regret or empathy from supplier.

I ordered a balloon display for my wedding and on the day they were unable to make delivery as contracted and discussed and set the entire day into chaos with schedules. The only excuse was that the delivery guy was delayed at other deliveries. Over and above that, by the time I arrived to walk down the aisle, balloons were already dropping to the floor. They were the only supplier that did not live up to their commitment and offered no compensation for the bad service and disruption but only requested that I allow them to make it up by using them for further events! Highly unlikely! 6 months later I have received a mail asking to use them for a myriad of event offerings - again I have rep**** and the only request they have honored in the entire saga is the request to take me off their mailing list thank fully.
