Tracy-Lee Took our Money and Disappeared!!

Tracy-Lee is an extremely unreliable (possibly dishonest?) service provider.<br> <br> The only reason I am writing this complaint is so that others can avoid the same problems that we have experienced.<br> <br> Initially Tracy-Lee was very pleasant, albeit slow in delivering work, but we trusted that she would do a decent job handling our bookkeeping for a small company.<br> <br> The trouble started in November 2014 when we paid Tracy-Lee a sum of R1400.00 to prepare our annual submissions, soon after this she completely disappeared off the map. <br> <br> Tracy-Lee has never responded to any messages or phone calls since, and we have had problems doing the submissions ourselves because she set up a SARS E-Filing account on our company's behalf which we can not access.<br> <br> After making enquiries at SARS in Jan 2015 we found that no submissions had been made, which meant that we could not get the Tax Clearance Certificate which was needed at the time.<br> <br> We are currently considering our legal options.<br> <br> Please be wary if you are doing business with Balancing Act Accounting!!
