Out of line Security

I have never been treated the way I was at this very moment...the Security at the door has no respect and treated us like ********* demanding room keys for us to come in when 4 white guys walked through the gate and not even one question was asked... he brags about looking at video footage plz look at it and tell me Im lying ...he is out of line and has no respect for day visitors or patrons staying a night or longer ... I'm disgusted ... the service I received from reception on my arrival visiting my friend was amazing from the lady at reception and then to end my day like this is pathetic.

to think I was supposed to stay the night after this happened I rather left and found a other place. he was completely aggressive and had no way in talking to us.. even one of the other staff members had to come calm him down in his rant and even agreed that his over reacting and due to no management being on site at that moment he was allowed to act this way ... this is just sad and disturbing
