Horrible service
What started out as a very positive relationship with a firm that showed to be different and cared, turned south very quickly. We first met and started working together in 2024, I referred a few of my clients and things got off to a great start. After a while, emails and WhatsApp's where not answered for long periods, exceeding a month. The first time I was called and a sincere apology was given. Not long after the same happened again, and once again a sincere apology was given. The third time all communication was ignored for a month, urgent matters for myself as well as my clients where not answered and when I spoke up and said an official complaint will be written to the tax ombud, I was informed that my attitude was "unbecoming" after being ignored for more than a month for the third time! I was also informed that no further assistance would be given because of my "unbecoming" attitude. I do not know what the thought was after the services received. In one instance, they did the bare minimum to retrieve information about a client and just did not care. In their line of work they work with peoples lively hoods and well being. Being informed that my attitude is unbecoming due to the fact that I care about my clients is shocking. I have all the emails and WhatsApp's sent with the dates. This service has left clients in a very bad position and no accountace has been taken for the poor service and effect on the people!
