Terrible communication and customer service!

The most pathetic customer service I have ever come across. First of all to speak to anyone in management is impossible and the woman who you can speak to is so damn rude and dismissive.<br> <br> They provide a 'guarantee' on their work, but they 'do not guarantee the call out', so if you have a problem you must pay them to come and have a look, and then pay them to come and sort out their mistakes/products. <br> <br> Then to add insult to injury, after 4 weeks they still have not been able to even schedule (and stick to) a time, never mind actually sorting it out?! They promised us that they would come by the Friday of the second week, but no-one pitched and when we called them the lady said that they had no-one to do the work. Their excuse: 'Your lady took a week and half to come back to me about the 'call out fee''. Actual story: 'My lady' was told she would come back to her with what the actual call-out fee was, when she never received one she called the woman back and was told the staff were on leave and would only be back the next week.<br> <br> Does the business shut down when staff go on holiday? To date we STILL do not even have a date when they are going to come sort out the issue.
