Treat all people equal

My experience at this hotel has not been good.The staff need to be trained that all people are equal and should be treated the same.One person made our stay phenomenal though.Had it bot been for Khanya we would have probably left long ago.We from Cape town and assumed this would be a great place to stay seeing that we would love to tour around Jhb.All staff need to get tips form him.It was his off day today and it was even worse.
