Misleading Costs

My father had a problem with his vehicle and was quoted a price to have it fixed all inclusive. On the day that it was fixed he gets a phone call stating he can come collect the vehicle but that there is the vat amount to be added. They were informed that the price quoted had been all inclusive. Needless to say my father was then informed very rudely that he must pay the new amount or he would not get his vehicle. My sister was there as a witness to this and shouted at as she had queried this. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I totally recommend that people take their vehicle elsewhere..
