Extremely bad service Autolab Menlyn

If it was possible I would have given them zero-rating. My car was with them twice and both times, no communication, and general bad service. The 2nd time(Feb/March 2020) my car was with them for 3 weeks to repair electric gate damage to the door. When They phoned to collect the car the door that they worked on could not close as it was not aligned.Not sure why a company that is supposed to be skilled in repairing a vehicle can not align a door and blame previous damages. With the totally *********** insurance company Renasa they did not return my vehcle in the same condition as before the accident.
