Excellent Service from Start to Finish
I recently bought my **2022 Kia Sorento from The Auto Shed**, and I honestly could not be happier with the car and the service I received. From the start, the whole team was very professional and helpful. **Carmen** helped me throughout the whole process, and she was an absolute angel. She made everything easy and was always there to help whenever I had a question. I also met **Bryan, the owner**, who took the time to show me around and explain how they work. I was really impressed by the care he puts into making sure the cars they sell are in good condition and up to standard. You can see that he takes pride in what he does and genuinely cares about his customers. **John** was also a star. He took the time to explain the different products they offer, and I ended up going with their **Crystal Fusion paint protection** for the car. He was very helpful and made sure I understood what I was getting. I am very happy with my Kia Sorento, but I am also really impressed with the people at The Auto Shed and the way they treated me throughout the whole process. A big thank you to **Carmen, Bryan, John and the whole The Auto Shed team**. You have made buying a car a really great experience. **I would definitely recommend The Auto Shed to anyone looking for a car. 5 stars from me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐**

Excellent Service from Start to Finish

What an incredible experience! We recently purchased our son's very first car as a surprise for his 18th birthday, and The Auto Shed made it a day our family will never forget. From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in the right place. The Auto Shed showroom was absolutely immaculate, with bright lighting, gleaming vehicles, and spotless, shiny floors that reflected the pride the team clearly takes in their business as was evident from Bryan’s friendly conversation with us. Upon returning the next day, the welcoming atmosphere with Mynhilda waiting for us at the entrance with a big bright smile to congratulate my very surprised boy immediately made us feel valued and excited about this very special occasion. Everything was beautifully presented, creating an atmosphere that was both professional and inviting. A huge thank you to the entire team for going the extra mile to make this milestone so special, but an extra special mention has to go to Mynhilda. She was absolutely outstanding! She patiently took our 18-year-old son through every technical feature of his new Mercedez, making sure he understood everything and felt confident before driving away. Her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care were exceptional. What made the experience even more memorable was the thoughtful way Mynhilda celebrated his birthday. She took the time to capture beautiful birthday photos of him with his very first car, giving us memories that we will treasure forever. It's these personal touches that truly set The Auto Shed apart. Buying your first car is a once-in-a-lifetime milestone, and thanks to the amazing staff, especially Mynhilda, it became an unforgettable celebration rather than just another purchase. It has now been seven months since I bought my car, and I am still just as happy with my decision as I was on the day I drove it home. The Volvo V40 has been absolutely fantastic, and I have not experienced a single issue with it. The vehicle was exactly as described, in excellent condition, and has exceeded all of my expectations.
