Excellent service
Was recommended to use this company to have my cambelt replacement done on my Ford Fiesta Ecoboost. From the moment I called them their customer service was exceptional. Booking was made and vehicle was taken in. Before any work was started I was given a complete itemised breakdown quotation detailing all parts that would be supplied, the price for each part as well as the total labour costs to do the work. I accepted the quote and the work commenced. What was most impressive and assuring was to know the exact costs upfront before the work commenced. Whilst the work was being undertaken I was informed daily of the progress and when there was a delay, due to Ford supplying the wrong parts, I was immedialty contacted and briefed on the delay and was informed the moment the correct parts arrived. On collection of the vehicle all the old parts where cleaned and neatly placed in a box and presented to me so I could see that exactly what was quoted on had actually been replaced. I would definetly recommend this garage. Their customer service was exceptional The quality of work was also outstanding and the vehicle was returned in a clean condition having had a good cleaning in their washbay. Their costs were also extremely competitive and the best of all was that there was no surprises of scope creep and additional costs from what they had quoted. Thank you Werner and your team. I will be using you exclusively going forward even though it means travelling 40 km's to get to you from Fourways, which is a small price to pay for the great service and peace of mind.
