The Appliance Technicians - Shaun and Nigel

These people operate as www.theappliancetechnicians.co.za AND www.shaunelectrical.co.za AND www.onspotrepairs.co.za. We initially paid for "repairs" to our freezer in the amount of R1200 and received a 3 month guarantee for this work. Two weeks later the freezer was not working again. They come out and "repaired" it again. Two weeks later it was not working again. We called them out and they took the freezer away and said that I would receive a further quote from "the guy at the shop". When I phoned again, I was informed that spares had been ordered to have the freezer repaired. I asked for the price for the further repairs and was told R1800. I said I could not afford such repairs and please could they bring my freezer back. I have now been told that I will receive it some time before the New Year! I cannot believe that they can just take the appliance and not return it until it suits them. To me, this is equates to theft. Anybody out there who can help me please?
