Speed Queen

<p>I recently had a terrible experience with this Company. they visited me on 06 July to have a look at my washing machine. I paid R200 for the callout. They apparently never have R5 change. I was given a job number and they were going to contact me the next day to give me the cost of repairs. Friday 08 July I had to call them because they neglected to contact. Gave my details and they would revert to me. Nothing. Today I phoned this morning and N something or the other was going to get back to me. Just after 14h00 I text N...He immediately responded when I informed him that I was going to go to the Hellopeter site. This time I informed him that I was not interested because of their bad service in returning a call.</p>
