Great service from two stand-out employees

<p>I have just moved house, so in the past month I have been dealing with repair men, painters, pest control, cleaners, you name it. What I've gotten used to is an attitude of 'get in, do what's needed, get out' but with Rafiek and Richard, my experience was wholly different. They were always in contact to update me on their arrival. On arrival they were two of the most professional and personable people I have come across over the past few weeks. But most importantly, they didn't rush their visit and took the time to explain the problem with my appliance to me and - as the fridge was totally dead - helped me find a replacement. I really appreciated the service and would undoubtably recommend these two technicians to anyone. What a great experience. </p>
