DO NOT USE THIS AGENT TO GET A QUOTE EVEN / ****!
<p>My washer broke down so I called this agent for a quote.</p> <p>Two days later they showed up without even a phoned call saying they on the way. Even though the call was ment to be arranged. The main issue is that I paid R195.00 for a slip of paper saying "fault spider arm"</p> <p>I called the office and they had to explain over the phone to me what the fault was. Let it be noted that the tech quoted but never even opened the washers back or front panels.. HUMMM..</p> <p>Now to end it off they email me the quote saying it will take +10 days for parts to arrive?? sorry!</p> <p>I told them I needed my machine fixed asap not once did they mention if parts were needed I would have to wait almost one to two weeks for parts. Knowing this I would of made another plan, like purchasing a new machine. I feel they making more from easy call-outs with little or no checking what the real faults are. BEAWARE OF THESE GUYS!</p> <p>Quote Said: Spare parts need to be ordered in and there is usually a waiting period of between 3-21 working days depending on the supplier.</p> <p>I trust that you find this in order.
