The only doctorate this company have is to **** people. I needed to fix my Bosch front loader washing machine and Robin using mobile number *** quoted me R 2000 and that i would have my machine back in two days. On the day of delivery no one answered my calls and called me back. I received a call in the evening 9pm that they had a "breakdown" and therefore want to come and deliver then. I was so annoyed and said they must deliver the next day which was the Friday. They said that unfortunately they cannot deliver the Friday but will come on the Saturday morning early. Saturday morning they were at my place early to deliver. As they were off loading the washing machine, i noticed that the drum looked different and i asked if they changed my drum they said no. But i insisted that it was not the same. They switched on the machine, on the spinning function and it had a funny sound and when they opened the front there was a smell. They assured me that smell would go away once i put in a load of washing. They insisted i must make payment before they leave as suspicious as that was, i made payment and they left. I washed 1 load on that day from 8:30 to 12pm this was ridiculous as the machine was not spinning at all and it kept giving me an error messages. I also noticed that my soap dispenser was replaced with on old one with dried powder soap. After numerous calls to the landlines mobile number and messages i finally messaged them to bring back the drum that was replaced and my original soap dispenser. This made then call me back very angry saying they are professionals and did not replace anything on the machine how do i accuse them of such. My machine is not working since and i just want my money back!!!!!!! They insisted to comeback but the service and mistrust i have experience is enough to not do any business with them ever again.
