Bad service

This company collected out Bosh washing machine and said the PC board was faulty. Delivered and gave us a invoice for R2800 and demanded cash. We said we would pay EFT. After testing the machine all the programs still did not work .After numerous calls the Supervisor has insulted us demanding money but they have not repaired the machine. They also refuse to supply us with the owners details to discuss and finalize this matter
