Rude Owner, Bad Service

This has got to be the rudest person i have ever dealt with. I have Used Jacques in the past and received good service. This time around i asked if he could attend a repair. He indicated he would see if he could fit me in on Friday 15 May 2020 but would let me know. I sent him numerous messages to try and determine if he was going to fit me in. After no response to my sms i tried calling his cell number that went to voice mail on Friday where i left a message and never received a response. This morning Monday 18 May 2020 i phoned his number again and only on the second attempt did he answer. While trying to determine if he would be able to assist i referred to trying to reach him over the weekend and was rudely interrupted and informed he does not work on weekends to which i promptly terminated the call as i will not be spoken to in this manner. In today's times when everybody needs income i would expect a better approach from a person who owns his own business and is not only reliant on repeat client work but also referrals to treat customers with more respect. I would not refer this gentlemen for repair work to anybody in the future. If you are handing out "Fridge Magnets" then maybe you should list your office hours on the magnet
