********* behaviour and false advertising

I wrote a review about the incorrect advertising of The Appliance City on the Bid or Buy website. I am now asking for a refund and I am advised that I need to return the goods first to get my refund. I was given something that is not even worth 1/10th of the amount that was advertised. Was told it was bonded leather and it is not. Bad quality and I am being told I must go and return this item to the Appliance Company Warehouse. Bid or Buy initially advised that the Supplier will put the money in their account and once the item is delivered they will pay the money into my account. They are now siding with The Appliance Company and advising that I need to return the goods first. This is totally unacceptable and
