False advertising of value of Baldini Italian Designed Sofa suite and incorrect description of product delivered

I went on to Bid or Buy Website and I found the Baldini Italian Designed Sofa Suite R49999 advertised by The Appliance Company last year in November last year and I went on to bid for it. I received a message on 21 November 2018 congratulating me as I was the winning bidder on the auction. First I struggled to contact the supplier and eventually Bid or Buy assisted me. Eventually the Sofa Suite was delivered without an evaluation which was requested. i eventually received the evaluation for R29999 and was advised that R49999 is what other companies retail this at. Eventually I received the evaluation for R49999. The quality was not good at all and I eventually got a company that manufacturers furniture to come and evaluate it and found that it is not worth much. The wood used is not good. They said it was bonded leather and it is not. The workmanship is bad. The mattress is very thin and not comfortable. The way the 2 seater is designer it can split in the middle and wont last too long. The Supplier is ignoring my request for the refund and has not been in touch with me since 1st March then they advised I have the warranty so what is the issue. I did not receive the warranty for bonded leather as I am sure they know it is not. I am concerned as i was advised that they sold 800 of this and no one else is complaining beside me. I know quality and this is the 1st time I purchased furniture online
