Bad service form The Appliance Company

<p>In April I bought a DZ09 smart watch from the Appliance company through Bid or Buy. After about 3 weeks I received the watch, but it was not working correctly. It would not sync the address book correctly from my phone and the blue tooth range was barely 1m. I contacted the company and requested either a replacement or a refund. They could not replace it as the model they are selling is the old version and can't be updated, so I opted for a refund. After several e-mails to them I'm still waiting for the refund. They don't even answer my mails any more, nor the mobile number on their system. I contacted them on 16/05, 29/05, 02/06, 20/06 and again today. </p>
