WORST DO NOT RECOMMEND
Worst, I purchased the phone on the 31st of May and by July it was giving me battery issues. Issues got worse daily and I could not take the phone to them since I was not around. The screen started lifting and that caused an ink stain on the screenshich Got worse daily. They had said they will replace the phone and now they saying I have to be without my phone that I use for work. And they saying they cannot replace the phone they will book it it because it’s “PHYSICAL DAMAGE” which is not as I have had a screen protector and cover on the phone since day. Worst I do not recommend and I was looking to purchase more but they are the worst.

30 Aug 2025, 12:17Let me add on the fact that I always have to use the phone on a power bank like all the time because it will go off no matter what percentage it’s on, I have to always have it plugged I carry a power bank everywhere I go with the phone plugged in all the time and now I am being told that it is physical damage and that my screen developed the ink due to me putting it in my bag and that so purposefully caused the ink by having my phone in my bag and putting pressure on a screen that is lifting by the way so worst ever I DO NOT RECOMMEND. AND THE PHONE IS ONLY 3 months old !!!!!!
