Unhappy customer

Bad customer service. Bought an iphone 13 on April 28. Till date I haven't received my phone via courier. I only received a message on the 28th that their they too many orders . Had I known that, or atleast had they mentioned that on their website I wouldn't have bought it . Now I have to make a plan so that I can go to their Midrand store . I don't even know where it is.

This is why I chose a courier service. But hey , it is what it is. I did whatsapp their number because they did not respond to my email. Instead of being told that they will try and sort it out . I was told to go to their branch . Why add a courier service if you will not use it ??
