Un Trusted Business

I'm very sad and disappointed at this company.

Before buying a phone with I did a lot of research and questioning from them. With their assuring while answering my questions I bought a phone on the 24th January 2025 at 01:00am. I was promised I will get the delivery on Wednesday because it takes 2 to 3 working days.

To my disappointment yesterday I received an email that my order was canceled. In actual fact the lady called me Friday saying that they don't have white colour. I then asked her how so because I have asked before purchase and Ithe system showed that there was plenty when I was ordering.

Now I get a message that it's only now my order has been processed. Meaning God knows when will I get it. The sad part is it a surprise birthday present

Their business really sucks
