I purchased an iPhone 11 Pro in December. A few weeks later, I contacted them via WhatsApp regarding a battery issue with the phone. After a few initial replies, they stopped responding. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the battery they provided is listed as "Unknown." When I approached them for a replacement, they refused and insisted that I pay R750 for the battery replacement. It's incredibly frustrating to have bought a faulty phone and then be asked to pay for repairs. My advice: Avoid purchasing from this vendor if you value your money. they had the audasity to tell me that it's my fault because I used watsapp .
