They are sc*mmers and sell defective phones

I bought a phone from them in the beginning of September and they didn’t answer any calls or emails regarding my phone for about 3 weeks until I went to them physically and kept saying they didn’t have stock. I kept wondering why everytime I went to them there was always someone who would bring their phone complaining about the battery but would never think much of it. Until I received my phone and started noticing weird behaviour from the battery. It fell once and started giving me a lot more issues like the screen randomly going black, the battery dying quicker at 100% capacity and it refusing to charge at times. They refused to help me saying because the phone cracked in the process it voided the warranty. I took the phone to get fixed elsewhere only to find out that they had put in a faulty battery, add some other **** parts and a weak screen inside the phone they had sold to me. They will only give you a 3 month warranty because they know that they way they temper with the phones they sell will only last about 3-4 months. Fixing their phones is equivalent to buying a new phone. Don’t waste your money on these people, they take your money, have very poor service and they sell defected goods. They are the equivalent of ****mers.
