Terrible service

I trust this email finds you well.

I made this order on 13/12/2024, and the Durban branch called me on Friday to say that they don't stock it, but they will keep in touch.

I received a call on the 17/12/2024 from a lady from the Durban branch who promised that I would receive my phone today, Wednesday, 18/12/2024.

I was told they would deliver the iPhone 16 Plus due to no stock on my initial order.

I have been trying to call them the whole morning, but no one is getting back to me.

May I kindly confirm when I will be receiving my order?
