Terrible Service

I ordered my phone from Apple guy on the 3rd of November ,I was told it will take 2-4 working days to be delivered ,I called in they told me to come pick my device in store on the 12th ,I called on the 12th and I was told there is no stock ,stock will be received the week of the 17th latest will be Thursday ,I checked with them Wednesday they said there is no stock if stock is not received by Friday ,I can get a different device .I told them I will come collect my device Saturday, Saturday they told me they have no stock the device they want to give me is in Durban and they don't courier on weekends, they can courier to me on Monday, Monday I checked with them they said my device will be received tomorrow as they do not do same day delivery .I am approaching the 4th week now since I ordered my phone and I have not received it.
