Bought an Iphone 11 promax 2years ago currently forgot the pin snd when i try to rest it say incorrect information.meaning they sold me a 2nd hand phone sent emails and no response...it has been 3 weeks meaning i am stuck with a useless phone and they are not willing to assist.
