Price not being reduced

Bought a Iphone XR 128gb getting it was a hussle no communication whatsoever tried sending email ,whatsapp,call them no no avail.ended up sending someone to their office in CPT only to be told stock not available at the moment they had same phone different space which is Iphone XR 64gb and price debit would be reduced even since been paying the same price for Iphone XR 128g still been sending email no one is responding
