Poor service

Very poor service, they dont even deserve the one star I gave them. I recently bought an iPhone 11 Pro from them. It has been giving me problems from the minute I got it. It does not work on some apps, it gets stuck most of the time, it presses itself, does not connect to some wifi connections, and has battery problems. Sometimes even the flashlight doesnt work, the camera flips its self. It had a 3 months warranty, took it to the Cape town branch, explained the problems it had instead they told me to update the software of which they did, but it never made any difference. Took it back again after two months, I was told they cant do anything to help me because my phone had all these problems because it had no storage. Bare in mind, the first time they made an excuse about the soft ware update, when I came back again there was a different story.
