Poor service

Delivery was faster but I'm not happy with their service. I received a phone that doesn't take vodacom Simcard. I contacted them and they just told me they will tell their technician to contact me . I waited and never got a call. I then texted the technician he took his time to respond and never helped. When I ask then how can I do a return they don't respond. I use vodacom network do now if their phone does not take vodacom, that forces me to buy another phone and I can't use 2 phone. So I just need them to exchange or refund me
