Poor customer service.

I ordered on Thursday(February) from Johannesburg branch, I couldn't utilise the website it was giving me problems.. However I manage to order from the branch, but the person I ordered from is not giving me any proper communication, whenever I call for confirmation she would mize or tell me she is busy with a costomer and when I ask her if she released or packed the phone yet she would tell me she did, she has been saying that since Thursday.. My worry is that why there isn't a proper communication maybe on emails that your order is approved or your payment is reflecting.. She never said anything.. I had to keep on calling her as if maybe I didn't make any payment. I told her to atleast update me but she is mizing me on WhatsApp.
