Poor customer service

bought an iphone on the 1st of November received it on the 9th of November and 7 days later on the 17th of November the phone switched off and stopped working.I have been trying to get hold of them without response. I called the phone with no answer, I have sent whatshapp with all proof but they do not respond. i cannot buy a phone for it to work only for 7 days.
